Belen Sanchez

Dr. Belen Sanchez is currently the Chief of Staff at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Most recently, she served as the Managing Director of KIPP Through College where she oversaw the team that provides guidance and direct support to students beginning in 7th grade through college. She is also a member of KIPP SoCal’s Senior Leadership Team. As a first-generation college student, Dr. Sanchez is committed to provide information and guidance so historically underrepresented individuals can gain access to higher education. She earned her bachelor’s degree from UCSD, Master of Education from USC and doctorate in education from UCLA.
