The #First52
To help new KIPP SoCal teachers have an amazing and sustainable first year, we've created a one of a kind program called the #First52. The experience begins immediately after signing an offer letter and includes a bi-weekly newsletter with extra teaching resources, a dedicated KIPP peer mentor, access to a self-care workshop series, and quarterly social opportunities just for new KIPP teachers.
