Adriana Rodriguez

Adriana Rodriguez is currently the Director of Leadership Development (DLD) at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Adriana joined the KIPP SoCal Team & Family in 2009 where she taught Kinder, 1st, and 3rd grade at KIPP Raices Academy before becoming a Dean at this site. In 2015, she had the privilege of founding KIPP Promesa Prep in the Boyle Heights community. She led a TK-4th grade school with an amazing group of educators for 6 years before transitioning into the DLD role. Prior to working with KIPP SoCal, she taught at Main Street Elementary School in South LA through Teach for America. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA and a Masters of Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University.
