Erik Hagstrom

Erik Hagstrom currently serves as Director of Real Estate for KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Prior to joining KIPP SoCal, Erik was a Project Manager for Washington Charter School Development, managing the entitlement and construction of build-to-suit charter facilities in Washington State. Previously Erik served as the Director of Real Estate for a national engineering firm, where he oversaw the acquisition and asset management of a portfolio of owner-occupied real estate investments. He was also responsible for the delivery of over 80,000 RSF of leased office space. Erik has an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC, a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California.
