Maggie Estrada

Mrs. Maggie Estrada began her career as a third grade teacher in Phoenix, Arizona.  She has also been a fourth grade teacher and achieved her National Board Certification as a Middle Childhood Generalist. Soon after she moved into leadership as a district instructional coach. She focused on supporting teachers in best instructional practices specifically in language arts. Then, she transitioned into a Director role for the AVID program, supporting schools in implementing AVID, which improves college and career readiness for all ages. She then moved to the Los Angeles area in 2018 and began working at Endeavor where she moved into coaching. Soon after she moved into the Assistant School Leader Position and a few years later became the School Leader.  Maggie has achieved her masters degree in K-8 instructional leadership as well as her multiple subject credential and admin credential. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband Joseph and dog Lucy.
