Leslie Pineda, SPHR

Leslie Pineda joined KIPP SoCal in 2018 and is currently the Director of Human Resources Operations, overseeing benefits administration, leaves of absence oversight, employment verifications, compensation, and HR compliance/administration. She is SoCal Native and Proud Salvadorian-American. Leslie graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin (concentration in Finance & Real Estate) and received her MBA at the University of Redlands. Outside of work, she enjoy attending concerts, spending time with her 2 cats (Maggie & Cece) and collecting and playing board games with her husband, Oscar.
